Nicolás Celis, founder of Pimienta Films, is a Mexican producer who has gained a reputation for working on original projects of high artistic content and powerful impact. His production company, Pimienta Films, was named one of the three best production houses in Mexico by the magazine, “Variety.” This year, Nicolás appeared in the “Hollywood Reporter” as talent to watch. Among his early projects is the drama-horror feature film, “We Are What We Are,” which competed for the Cámera d’Or in the Cannes Film Festival and in more than 30 international festivals.
